Trek 8300/8500/8700 bike or frameset

I find myself fancying a new project and have fallen for the looks of the Trek Composite 8000 series. Only looking for a bike or frameset with rigid fork. Don't want to break the bank (or my marriage ;-) ) so the cheaper the better. :-)
I am 1.75m, so a 16 or 18" will probably be OK. Has to be shipped to the Netherlands, or if in the Netherlands I might be able to pick it up. Also a swap with my Marin Monocoque (or parts of it) is an option.

Re:

Interested? 1993 Trek 8900, 18". Original fork, post, and stem. I'm in the US, but shipping to the Netherlands is surprisingly inexpensive for a frame box (~ $70 USD, from memory with insurance and tracking).

Thanks for the offer but I am really looking for the frame with bonded lugs. These highend carbon frame are just to modern for me. ;-)

Are you still looking? I've got an 8700 Pro frame with carbon/alloy bonded frame if you're still interested...
