I built / maintained BMX trails for about 15 years. There's something about building your own jumps that is very rewarding, it takes so damn long that not a lot of people stick with it and it takes weeks of digging to see the finished product. I stopped digging about 5 years ago do to an incident, but have missed it ever since. Over Summer I found a good bombhole near where I work, never see anyone there so I decided to set to work and build myself a nice double to ride at lunchtime. It's nearly completed now, after taking a lot longer to dig that I first thought. I'll post pics when its done.
