Torque Specs for Manitou 4

I've got a Manitou 4 that I just swapped crown/steerer tubes on and I don't have a manual with torque specs. The spec I need is for the pinch bolt that holds the lower tubes to the crown. This version has a single bolt on each side.

Anyone with the shop specs on this that could give me a hand would be most appreciated.

Specifically the pinch bolt that holds the crown to the stanchion tubes. The crown I have has a single pinch bolt per side.

I have an older Manitou 3 manual but that crown showing 2 bolts per side so I'm thinking that the single bolt will have a different spec.
