Top Lock Nut for 1.25" Headset

Hi,has anyone got a top lock nut and possibly a spacing washer off a threaded 1.25" Headset?

Or has anyone got a spare 1.25" threaded headset complete for sale?

Why did Cannondale have to be so different?
