Tool for removing headset from short head tube?

I bent the ends of my Ice-Tools one outwards slightly to solve this.

Thanks for the advice, guys - I just took a big breath and bought the Cyclus tool!

I also bought a headset press, as hammering races in just never feels right, and my homemade press was useless.

I'm not buying a crown race setter, though - I'm not a complete idiot!

You can't beat having the right tools for the job.
Just remember to fit one cup at a time with the press, or they can easily go all wonky on you.
