Tool cabinets

Try Waterloo boxes. My top box is about 20 years old now and bottom box is around 12. Scruffy but still functions as new. Top box is very well travelled and has racked up some serious use.

No, just a person who has used their boxes and been very pleased with their performance, and believe me, I am very exacting with a good eye for practical detail and difficult to please.

Not all Snap On is good as I say, and they do trade on their good name whether that is warranted or not. But they have used Sandvik, Bahco and Facom that I know of. One sees those in the range, re badged, and one gets the real thing with the correct manufacturer badge and cheaper to boot.

But as said, if you don't rely on tools for your living, don't get Snap On.

Oh, and their ratchet screwdriver is excellent too, I sure miss that tool, oh, and the Sidewinder

I was only winding you up ;-)

I have a few bits, ratchet screwdriver included 8)

Don't buy Snap-on, they're PANTS

Over priced rubbish

 you really think so ? i've had snap-on tools & boxes for 15 years and if you buy 2nd hand then the over priced factor is removed 8)

and if anything fails/brakes they have a lifetime guarantee as long as theres no big hammer marks + you can buy spares and tart-up kits for them

if i was going to buy a budget box i'd buy tengtools
