Disc brakes, eps shifting, carbon etc etc. Hurts like hell when you come off though, that'll never change.

Van Der Poel will be heavily marked Sunday. He may still be strong enough though.

VdP must be the outright favourite for sunday but he is beatable. There are 5-6 other riders showing some great form and i think the fight can be taken to him again and Pederson is my choice.

I think the womens race is going to be a bigger fight as there are way more potential winners, on the start list. So many teams with multple cards to play and a really tough call. I think experience is going to win in this situation so i am going for Vos.

Masterful ride today by Van der Poel. I went out for a 25km ride and when I came home he had a minute and a half on everyone. Chapeau.
