todays quick ride

realising ive been workinh hard on the house for 3 weeks and its nearly finished,our lass told me to go ride to de stress and stretch my back :roll: .as i always do as im told i went out riding ,after reading some of todays posts and foretting i have a few bikes at my disposal and at the mo fairly healthy,read able to ride not fit and fast i thought id do one of my short loops.

took the goose out as i have rode retro for the last 4-5 rides so thought id give it a dust down and get some comfy miles in.weather looked ok but thankfully turned out nice for the hour or so,bit windy tho coming home :evil: .

so heres a few pics i took on my phone,not the best ride of my life,but still happy and glad i got out with the bike and mp3 on dryish trails

found the old graveyard on the slag heaps :shock:

steeper than it looks,loved to have hucked this but was on my own and dont like risking stuff on my own

aint been rode in awhile!

Nice we went out for a short one today. Made shorter as after a few weeks of solid rain trails were axle deep mud.
Good workout though when you're pedalling like mad and getting nowhere.

It was raining all day yesterday and I was surprised to hear that my younger daughter wanted me to take her for a short ride that evening - still, anything for the young 'uns!

glad i got out last weekend as ive sliced a helloverfookingbigdeepslice on my thumb so no riding for me for a few weeks :cry:
