@ Harry.... I had a bit of a night like that on Friday. I live on my own in a pokey 2 bed flat that's currently leaking 3 litres of water a day into my bedroom (no I cant sleep in the spare room, thats where my bikes sleep ) and the women I love is on the other side of the world and is married to somebody else!!
Getting out on my bike for a few hours today helped, and cycling past the scene of an accident where 2 pedestrians were killed last night put my problems into perspective.
Sun being out helped a lot too!!
