I'm not sure...I thought Dean were build by Dean...the bullet ends are very Hei Hei esque

Nope.

Dean is Dean as far as I know. There was one on eBay US a few weeks back and I asked a raft of questions and got an indirect reply from Dean himself.

am fairly sure they weld there own,and by the looks of it to a very good standard
