Two men injured in cyclist attack

Two men are in a "serious but stable" condition in hospital after being attacked by a cyclist in Glasgow.

The men, both 22, were walking in the Gorbals area at about 2020 GMT on Saturday when a man on a mountain bike struck them with a "sharp implement".

The attacker, who rode off after the attack, was described as white with a local accent, wearing a tracksuit, a scarf and a hat.

Police said they had yet to establish a motive for the attack.

It's like when some of the the more BNP-orientated sectors of the press publish news items about crimes and make a point of the assailants' colour...

" Black rapist attacks " or " Asians mugging locals. " The colour's irrelevant, it's the fact that the assailant's a scrote.

That wasn't a mountainbiker or cyclist, it was an @rsehole on a bike.

Exactly...we don't get much coverage such as "motorist in bank job" just because they used a getaway car...
