MMmmm. Not convinced by this one. I thought that Ritchey Ti frames were gusseted under the downtube :? . i could be wrong though as i've never owned one.

Especially where the chain/seat stays join the dropouts - these are usually chunkier in titanium frames and the dropouts are more machined.
Could be wrong though...
My titanium frame has rust stain on the dropout from the QR skewers.

i woulda said steel, hes obviously got the ritchey idea off the dropouts as many seem to, look like the ones on the rockhopper frame i have sat here.
maybe hes made an innocent mistake, but his story of "finally getting a chance to build it up" seems unlikely given the selection of crap hes bolted on ot it
