Budget russina Ti brand from about '95. Produced a frame for about £500 BITD when nothing else was below a grand. Had a frame in the shop once, seemed ok, but I guess as ever, you get what you pay for. . probably don't expect buts or anthing, but then mind you, you don't get that on a syncros either.
