I believe that Ti sports, have made frames for both Kona and Diamond back over the years, they make some nice frames if you can get one, I also kknow that they are clearing them out so if you need a medium get on over to:

Ti Sports built the Hei Heis at that time, as well as ti bikes for many other manufacturers, and they have a very high reputation. The only significant difference between this frame and a size 18 Hei Hei is that this is probably made from generic ti and the Hei Hei was made from Sandvic tubes. Whether that really makes any difference is a matter of opinion, but I guess it sounds better.
