Hi, thought I’d post a couple of pics of my bike which I’ve just finished. This came up on eBay recently and I’ve wanted to have a go at a titanium framed bike for a while. It was the perfect candidate for me as the original paint finish was chipped and scratched quite badly.
It’s a 1995 Dynatech 755ti and has a full shimano 600 groupset on it. I stripped all the paint by hand (which took 2 days!) and polished the titanium main tubes, the steel stays and forks I sprayed silver. Everything was then cleaned and refitted to the bike and I added a selle Italia flyte saddle which I got when purchasing another bike recently.
It rides really well, not crazy light by modern standards but really responsive and pretty comfortable.
