I'd not heard of this model. I don't suppose you can expect much from a £16-22 tyre - it'll work, have average grip, not be terrifically light, but have good puncture resistance going by the description. A good commuter tyre?
Having re-read your post 27" tyres are not so common, so you takes your chances. Michelin are good as you know so they'll be decent.
If you want a pair of new Specialized tyres I can hook you up for £45 posted (UK). I don't think I'll ever use them. Just indicate you're interested and I'll fish them out of the shed. From memory they're tan-wall and 27 x 1". Good, light folding original new in box tyres.
