Tioga Psycho Amber where available in ~1996 I guess as there is a bit about them on bikepro (and how err soft, subject to damage and possible defect) I assume it. No idea about the move to overly large logos and a JT signature on it though. (probably would come as the Psycho-K naming)

there is no mention of it in the Tioga 1993 catalogue though.

Sorry, should have been more specific. I'm aware of the original 'butterscotch' Tioga Psycho/K, I meant when was this Tomac signature edition sold?
