Tioga Disk Drive Possible Salvage

Seller is auctioning a Raleigh bike but the pictured Tioga Disk Drive is Damaged....so it's not included in the auction...

Perhaps someone here is interested in a project and might drop him an e-mail and inquire as to condition and if he is willing to part with it.... Just a thought...

I had a Pro once BITD, that was knackered on the flange of one sheet.
I had this strange notion of building it with half Pro Sheet and half spokes!
Q; would this work is it possible?

I cant see why it wouldnt work... would look pretty odd tho!
