Cinelli - little rubber frame / handlebar insert things x 2, White

Got these stuck in free with some toe strap end buttons bought on Ebay.
Was about to toss them in a box of junk, then thought they might be the kind of tiny thing that's a bugger to find? Or not! I don't know. Free if anyone needs such like.
