I had a pair of these shoes BITD, these are most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and they lasted for years.
SPD cleats do not fit them (my LBS said there was an adaptor plate, but he never could track one down). They do not work with modern Time pedals either as the cleat is a lot bigger, so you’ll have to track down the older style Times.
The pedals they fit were weighted to hang on an angle so the clip in angle (in theory) was always the same. The other side was like a flat pedal with a recess for the cleat. I loved this feature because they were my first clip in pedals, so it gave me a bit more confidence riding in traffic
I had 3 sets of pedals with 3 sets of cleats so I was right for a few years, unfortunately I do not have them anymore. Oh one last thing, they do not work with Topline cranks because you need to put them on with an allen key not a pedal spanner.
