As per photo, Ti non-quick release so use a 4 mm allen key. Red annodised aluminiumnium alloy caps, actually more of a pinky purple colour than a proper red.
These weigh under 40 g so are ideal for your weight weenie build - they have been cut down so the distance between the caps is listed - check that this is sufficient for your bike - the front skewer may be a little bit short if your fork has thick dropouts.
The caps are new but skewers were fitted to a bike that has been used for maybe 50 miles, the rest of the time wheels left hanging from ceiling so no tension on the skewers.
