Googled Sibex Titanium Forks as they peeked my interest as I hadn't heard of them and also read about the failures, here is an article about it; http://pardo.net/bike/pic/fail-001/FAIL-121.html

However, it seems that the failures are to do with a totally different style and design of fork. Now I'm not saying these ones wouldn't fail but if they haven't done so to date would it be fair to think they won't?
