I run a superstar ano HT2 style bb,much better than Shimano

I have one of the ceramic in the Yeti. Time will tell... trashed too many RF and Shimano.

Finish though is not top quality. Its fine, but don't expect King for these prices, eh?
Have a SS headset on the SO bike too (which is a white Vertex Sc). Cos it came in pink :roll:
Have many a tasty nut on that bike too.

Superstar components - if you are feeling lazy (or can't find your Vrnier Calipers) then this is the shop for you. Does kits in the style of SRP. Decent quality bolts, pleasant fast service.

I bought some ti waterbottle cage bolts from "aeroquick" on ebay, under the name "Kronos titanium bottle cage bolts".

Took 1 month to arrive from the US and they were aluminium bolts. Informed him of this and he apologised and said he would send out the correct ones (i said i would send them back but said it would cost me more than the bolts are worth).

Took another month and the bolts that turned up were labelled as cantilever bolts. They obviously were for a bottle cage, but i couldn't be sure they were titanium. They possibly had that tinge to them, but i'm colour blind anyway, and i couldn't be arsed to put them under a grinder to see if sparks came off..... The guy told me they were, but still....the whole thing was a bit of a pain....good job i wasn't in a hurry for them..

Anyhoo, left him neutral feedback and got a load of abuse from him by e-mail. Told me no body had ever left him anything less than positive feedback, but just cause you make a sale doesn't mean ur entitled to +ve feedback in my opinion...

Anyone still awake??

The easiest way to check if the bolts are Ti, alu or not is get them weighted.

Ti is about half weight of similar steel bolt, alu is about 1/3 of the steel bolt weight.
