Too small for the owner, who is 6'4" :shock:

Tall headtube gives it the illusion of being big but can see how with a 23" top tube it is too small for a 6'4" rider.

Sweet regardless but price looks pretty stiff to me.

Ah...that's it. Yes, 23" would be just right for me, and I'm only 5'9"...but with a 6'3" wingspan :?
