Thumb shifters Handle bar set up

Hello, Just wondered what set up people have with thumb shifters?
I'm just setting up my handlebars with some xt thumbies and some logic brake levers. Just don't seem to look right :?

Some folks like their thumbshifters up a bit from yours, however it's a personal comfort thing so try different positions.

Seven-speed Dura Ace on Pauls mounts...

...had to move the Ritchey brake levers inboard of the grips to fit compared to the Dia Compes I had originally intended using; so I
filled the gap with a couple of turns of black tape!

Angles etc all depend on personal preference, and seat hight...

Yeah, I run my levers at 45 degrees and my thumbies a little higher.....carefully does it if you experiment with the thumbies, the threads are made of cheese!....

I've tried a few different positions, depends on bar geometry and brake position, on my Orange C16R my XT Thumbies are positioned like this;

Your Ritchey brake levers are the ones I couldn't get for my blue Wot, so
I settled on the ones it's wearing now...

...just thought I'd be cheeky and ask?
