Thrunton Woods Yesterday

P20

Retrobike Rider
As i was pulling into the car park yesterday, someone was driving out. On the back of the car was Rocky Mountain, i think a Blizzard and possibly an Ibis. Anyone from here?? :?

Why yes P20, that would be me and Sithlord (in wor lass's Clio).

The RM is a kindly loan bike from elma before he puts it for sale as my Moots is back at Moots being fixed (Hopefully! :? )

Did you help out the Thrunton Trail Builders with the repairs to HP Sauce?

We didn't  had limited time and wanted to ride man

Ah, so close to meeting fellow Retrobikers. We also didn't have time to help, but had a very good chat with them and may help in the future. We did find a different track with their guidance. Wor lass wasn't having a good day, so was a fairly relaxed short ride in the end. Had the P20 with me

We should try for a mini meet sometime and i'll try and drag Andy along with the Fuquay :?

I bumped into Andy in Morpeth the other day, he was saying he's just had the Fuquay renovated.

Mini meet sounds good, although I'm on call now until next Tuesday :(

Keep me posted in future guys!! :)

I'm in Morpeth too and would be interested in a mini retro meet....will bring Toons along too with his Pace RC100.

Hope to have the McMahon Ti out by the time i've recovered from this damn broken wrist....

Cheers,

Drew

You mean this Fuquay??

Mmmm, yes. Get Andy to come along, I'll hide in the bushes somewhere then relieve him off it when he passes.

Have to say though, as gorgeous as it is, I preferred it when it was red (sorry Andy, it is LUSH though - I'd still take your hand off for it)

I'm sure i can track down photos of its red and the original blue colour schemes
