to get back onto the point of the thread a bit, ie, things you have an irrational love of....

Machine Tech stuff (it generally doesnt perform very well)
soft-tails (cant see the need for them)
daft URT bikes with 5" travel at the back when that years 'DH' fork offered 80mm of travel (Ibis Szazbo)
white industries disc brake (find the parts, go on)
pauls mechs (cant afford one, wouldnt put it on a bike if i could, they apparently dont work very well)
Speed Garage (its awful, but I like it)
