Theforez high flange hubs made in France.

Anyone tell me anything about these, who made them etc.

The rear hub has a shimano freewheel fitted so I assume standard thread, and is 120mm.

Cheers!

very little information about the make "The Forez" but its probably related to RFG
as it is sometimes seen attached together "RFG The Forez"
RFG was actually a brand from Rousson et Chamoux which was a manufacturer from the region of Saint Etienne - Le Forez is a area near Saint Etienne
Rousson & Chamoux became ultimately very well known as the manufacturer of the Maxi Car hubs
So these hubs may be a product from Rousson & Chamoux !

Re:

So one of the QR's with RFG on it that came with the wheels is probably relevant then :D

I bought a pair of wheels on OLX with these high flange Theforez hubs and weinmann 700 rims and a brand new dura ace gold freewheel, as I was told by the seller they were 125mm hubs, his measurement was wrong they turned up in the post and are 120mm, now he won't take them back

Thought I would try and find out what they are so that I can sell them, to recoup the cost, without misrepresenting them.

Thanks for the info.
