The Sunday dilemma

So i woke up this morning and thought to myself, f**k it, I'm gonna treat myself to a new ride, i think ive earned it as July was my worst month ever what with separating from the wife (although she's back now) and finding out ive got angina at 37  Although one good thing that happened is i lost 2 stone 2 in a week

So the dilemma i have is do i go retro still or break with tradition and go modern as this little Zaskar keeps catching my eye.

Ive still got my Bravado to drool over, the fsr is just an ornament, the Talera is the pub bike, so i'm trying to justify a new toy for two reasons.

1. Motivation to get out and ride and get fit enough to keep on top of the angina or i'm going to lose my hgv licence.
2. I haven't spent any money for a while and i have this urge to just blow a grand.

Opinions please

Clearly GT's are your 'thing'.

If I were lookng to spend a serious amount of dosh I would make it something special - get a Xixang.

Good luck with the angina mate - you don't need an excuse to get out and ride now.

Given what happened to you recently, if you fancy treating yourself a bike, I think you should do it as you only live once on this earth, end of the day it's you will be riding the bike and if it make you smile then go for it.

Good luck

Get the zaskar m8,looks a gem and a good price.Where you based, seems pretty local to me,if you fancy a ride.
