i thought there was no interest?
also, isnt it a government company, meaning you cold complain about the interest becaue of them taking so long and they *should* take it seriously?

I repaid mine off for about 2 years as per > 80% of national average.
Now I earn a pittance and I need to earn I think ~28.5k/year on the last deferment (that's 80% of national average ) I just defer it every year now.

In 10 years It's gone up from needing to earn about 18k to 28k a year
