My pint count is awfull ,I drank more on that Friday night at mayhem than I've drank since then ,my last touch of alcohol been at least 7 weeks ago :-(

Riding is, 2 or 3 times a week, of hour long commutes home from work (20 min blast in in the morning) with plenty of hill work :twisted: .

Pint count is a couple of cans in the evening or Vodka and coke if I've got any. :mrgreen:

Pint count is good 8 pints of Henry westons special reserve last night
Just need to do a bit more riding ! Only the usual 14 mile tuesday night ride plus another tenish each week legs are strong though mind is weak
Still the Honiton Cider and Sausage festival at the start of May should see me good !
