I think they date from the late 1940's through to the 1950's . There was a good market for them a few years ago . The Raleigh branded ones were sought-after by collectors for the likes of RRA.
I will have a look through my old Bluemels info .

Does my Ernie Clements (Olympic?) qualify? The frame was made in Wales.

Edit: I've just been informed by Ernie Clements Lightweight Cycles that the frame was made by Ribble in England.
