Yes, 26 x 1 3/8 , they are Dunlop Stainless rims... I've not looked closely that the hubs yet..they might be Selback own brand ones...like the cranks.Is it 26x1 3/8?

Today you will find a number of bikes which try to revive the elegant lines and classy looks of 1950s and 1960s sports-cruising bikes. And it is no real surprise taking in consideration how beautiful such bikes were.
Just take a look at our marvelous B.S.A. Star Rider Sports Cruiser.
The two types of blue colour are forming a magnificent paint job on frame and extra wide mudguards.
All parts are original from the rubber grips, to the iconic crank set, the brakes or the BSA pedals.
Birmingham Small Arms was a company well known for weaponry and motorcycles. But in the years of the British cycling boom, during the 1930s to 1950s, their bicycles were up there with the other famous high quality rides of its time. In fact, their chain sets were a favourite of many 6-day racers.
On the technical side, our Star Rider shows some nice features, such as the old faithful Sturmey Archer 3-speed hub in the rear and the dynamo hub in the front which was a pretty modern component.
As if this bike would not look impressive enough, it also sounds amazing. The large bell, Lucas king of the road gives an impression of how a bike bell has to sound when it comes from the country of Big Ben. This stylish sports cruiser is a real gentleman's way of transportation.

In 1921, the first shop of London cyclist Frederick W. Evans opened on the Kennington Road in south east London. Trading from this site for the span of three decades, F.W Evans Cycles built up a strong reputation. They became quite famous for building their own frames and bikes. They even earned the Cyclists Touring Club's award for ‘The greatest improvement in cycle design, construction or equipment during the year 1925’.
One of their absolute top models of the 1930s is what we present to you here: The F.W. Evans Steelight Lightweight Road Bike.
Not only is the frame sensational, built with the then new Reynolds 531 butted steel tubing. But also the parts are the finest of their time. Resilion Cantilever brakes bring the bike to a safe stop. Bluemels extra thin "Noweight" mudguards show, how much of a weight-weenie Evan's could be. Extra-Comfortable 'Constrictor' rubber grips made long days in the saddle more than bearable for your hands. The Sturmey-Archer gear hub has enough transition to enable climbing as well as fast race speeds.
We wanted to keep the bike as authentic as possible while staying rideable. We are happy that it worked except for a 1980s saddle. To keep you safe, we even sell this bike with a New Old Stock set of Resilion brake pads.
