The bike with bits missing

Whilst sat in the car on the M25 (London Orbital car Park), I was thinking about a bike I want to build, and came across the idea of a 'bike with bits missing', I am looking for frame & fork combination as follows -

1- Allsop beam top tube
2- Slingshot down tube
3- Cannondale lefty fork

you could have one of those wheels with 24 spokes (or less).

singlespeed (missing loads of gears ).

one of those saddles with the slit down the middle.
