wheels are easily worth £200

so that leaves £150 for everything else?
judy sl's, onza brakes, xt/xtr group, middleburn cranks, xtr post, X skewers, azonic bar and stems, rare saddle.
oh and the FRAME!

I agree, theres plenty of value in the parts! It might seem like a lot to pay, but if you were buying the same parts to build up your own frame you would pay far more.. :wink:
 
I agree , but I meant that it was too expensive to sell like that .

maybe I will be proved wrong .
 
could be a case of 4th time lucky on this one...

I know ive given this one some stick in the past and still stand by what I have said but if it were mine (not that i want another rts, I have a proper rts-1 :wink: ) Id break it and sell it for parts.
Im sure that would sell quicker and would fetch a better price too.
 
The scrap value of your car is probably only a few hundred quid, but take it to a breakers and they'll strip it down and get a couple of grand out of it, its the same for bikes. A complete bike is not worth the sum of its parts.
