Surplus to requirements is this gorgeous Koga Miyata that i bought off melvin last year, full Dura ace and in great condition. It's a lovely bike but a tiny bit small for me (it's 58cm BB to ST) and I don't really want to retire it, someone should ride it.

Would anyone be interested, I would want about £200 posted.

Mark

I am 6'2 with a 34" inside leg.

It's only just a bit small and since I am getting a cross bike I think she has to go, it's the new bike more than the size thats pushing me towards selling.

Cheers

Hi James,

Unpleasant to hear it turned out it isn't exactly your size :(

Yes, I very well remember the bike :) It was a joy to ride. Very stable, supersmooth function. Think condition was about 9.5/10 when I sent it to you not even a year ago.

For those interested: Taking a closer look you see the nice detailing. Below pics I shot myself, so people can check it themself. It is not only about looks, there is also the feel of quality. For example when you grab the stitched leather grips.

...and 200GBP is a steal.

Btw it is of the 84MY. By many Miyatas are considered the finest 'of the shelf' bicycles. Go ask them at www.bikeforums.net - Classic section.

I can vouch for how stunning this bike is - I saw it in the flesh in Holland and if it was my size would have had it in a shot. Interesting and unusual Dura Ace AX groupset too and, as above, an absolute steal if you're the right size.

Just out of interest Hilts, how would this measure up on someone 5-10 to five 11 ish?

Probs a bit too small...?

It is stunning.
