This turned up at Eastern Friday. Despite it's Italian name all the parts are German/Austrian fabricates so I'm quite sure that was not made in Italy.
But really a great fun, earlier I've never ridden a bike like this.
Heavy and robust and yet not rigid! The cornering needs a little practice, then we gooo...
The cycle carries the signs of it's age,but everything works properly: the Sachs front drum-brakes,the 3 speed Sachs hub-gear(w coaster brake)and the Altenburger caliper-brakes also.

There are some lovely details on that - I like the swoopy chainguards, and the fact that the stoker has a bell as well!

great fun

Yes,and the bike fulfills the aim of its makers: rides very nice
(and suprisingly fast) and it is really a great fun to use... :)
