ta bottom bracket on my orange o

just got a cro mo bottom bracket from evilbay ..seems the bearing are shgged ??!! and i have just found out i will maybe need a ta tool to tighten up the lock ring ..any have one ? where to get one ?
allso where do i get replacement bearings from was told to go to bearing shop for these insead of getting ta ones that i cant seem to find ugh !!!!!!!just want to ride my cycle .. :?

Alright fella.
Saved a load of hassle when building up my "O" by getting a new one from Wiggle. After all... unless it's got to be 100% period correct who's going to see the BB.
Got a shimano sealed one UN54?...68mm x 122.5mm axle length. for £13.

As for the BB tool... brought one from Halfrauds to remove the BB from my other "O"....only to see the same thing a couple of days later in my LBS for half the price. Should be able to get one for around £5.

Bearings real cheap from Ebay and any lock ring spanner will do. I would stick with the TA bracket as bearings last ages, are easy to obtain and replace and are way lighter than Shimano. I have several on the go.

thanks me and mate had a look at orig bearings look shagged ..so need to replace them my mates off to a bearing expert this week to replace ta ones the shell and axle are in top nick silver alloy looks retro anyway ace...number on bearing reads 6903 2rs is that what i look for ? ref number bo-006cheers hopefull get back on the road next week its taken me ages to sort this old orange out..ta dont seem to do replacement bearings on there site ? more freaky pix coming thank you for your info ..we should all get a mass meeting of retro cycles some day weekend of beer and bikes be ace ps are these forks any good made by the same factory as onza ?
