Never knew Syncros made hubs!

They've made them since quite early on, 1994 iirc.
light too, at a touch over 100g for a suspension style of hub. Magnesium shell with 'zircal' axles.
Disc style came a year later and looked good for a disc hub.
No rear at that time though.
In fact now you mention I'm off to look.

Still no rear in 1997, so has to be late 90's or in this century.

no to both. no matching front (yet) and no late 90's RM. but also no to selling. you know i can't do that with any Rocky, Race Face & Syncros i acquire!

yes you should always snatch up all Syncros and Race Face parts, and of course send it to me!

Was at Spokes this afternoon. Found 2 DT Hugi rears. One disk, one non disc, but the Syncros hub is either sold or burried.

i have a wheelset with both syncros hubs.
front wheel with hub ........

so these hubs wouldn't be considered retro then? quality wise, how do the stack up to the competition?

They were there all the time. Just had to look up. I thought they were in the hub case, but they were built up on ceramic 117s and hung from the ceiling..........and from the dust, some time ago. Grabbed them both just in case.
