Syncros 100mm 1 1/8 quill stem NOS but a few small marks from lying round a shop for 10 years

Syncros 27.0 330mm post NOS pretty good condition

Would prefer to sell all together but open to offers on it all, have prices in mind but would like to hear a few offers first

the kona racelite bars are fore sale too

Not wanting to be a dick but it seems the op invited offers for the parts so how can they be 'dibbed' straight away?
I don't want them but I'm not a fan of the 'dib now ask questions later' approach.
