you didnt say you wanted it, you said you were interested, john was the first one to say he'd definately take it. each forum seems to have its own code of conduct, I'm just keeping to this forum code.

Once a seller has listed the item with a price it's a free for all - anything else would be impossible to moderate. The seller is free to sell to whomever they wish - defiant expressed an interest which he followed up 3 weeks later. I said I'd take the post and paid immediately. Scant took the definate sale - who wouldn't do the same?

what scant wrote..on forums the goods are for the first one who react's ...defiant asked for the length of the post but didn't got an answer..

Like selling a car..example...for sale, an alfa romeo 147, white, leather ti interior, mint condition..

If i was looking for an white Alfa Romeo 147 and i was the first person to react, then i probably want to know if it's on diesel or petrol..but if the seller don't reply on my question...but sells the car to the second one..

lets focus on other thing then this,.i don't even know if the seatpost was a 425 so this discussion is useless
let's put a lock on it,..and i will continue my search for the right seatpost,...there are more fish in the sea.
