bummer, they used to do them. companies like 7 & titus have made ti bars which use a 22.2- 25.4mm shim, tried any of those?

shims come up every now and then on ebay...just search "shim" under cycling...every type of shim will come up. I've bought and made a bunch of shims over the years. IT's good to have a collection, as something is always bound to work
