SWAP XT seatpost 26.8 for 27.2 anyone?

As it says, i have a nice 26.8 XT seapost i'm looking to swap for a 27.2. Its in nice condition with slight marking to the bottom of the post but nothing serious.

hey Haggis, I recently saw a cheap but effective homemade shim - a strip of Green IPA beer can! Save the hassle over 0.4mm

was thinking about that actually mate. contemplating getting a 0.4mm shim 25.4-25.8 and just widening it out

i have a few shims, i think they are all thicker but will check now..

Think I might havve a 27.2 laying around - XT and the clap is good, shaft may not be in the best nick

I have a 27.2 XT post which is missing the cradle assembly. The black colour is quite worn from about half way down. I am not in the market for a 26.8 post but might be interested in other bits and bobs, or cash.
