Wanted Swap! My XT 7 speed mech(s) / your XT/XTR 8 speed mech

I have these two XT mechs I'm not likely to use, N735 long cage in lovely condition, and a short cage in rather less a lovely condition, I need a single 8 speed XT or XTR long cage for something though - happy to swap one or both or have some sort of cash adjustment, either way.
