swap fs frame for hard tail or xt bits?

got a lovely and very rare macmahone lion heart full sus frame.

its a 17" frame with 100mm of travel, as new mani swinger x3 coil shock.

will include matching macmahone seat post, clamp, and headset.

ideally after a 19" hardtail frame, i would value the frame around £275 so a frame of similar value.

would also consider some 9 speed xt/xtr stuff to the same value.
