Recently purchased but damn, steerer is too short (185mm) so I thought I'd offer them up for a swap for either a set with a longer steerer (anyone using one with too long a steerer?) or another set of forks of equivalent quality. Also open to other swap suggestions if anyone has anything they'd like to trade for the forks.

I'll post pics up later but they are in great shape with a few cosmetic marks and have all the adjustments you'd neec (rebound, compression and lockout). I think they are 100mm forks but can be adjusted to 80mm internally. They could even already be at 80mm, if anyone can advise how to confirm without dismantling, let me know.

Thanks for looking

Had a think about swap possibilities and I need the following:

Xtr m950/1/2 hubs (NO LONGER NEEDED)
Titanium or other sexy stem (black) with a bit of rise and 130 ish reach
Nice and light crank bros pedals
Umma gumma tyres or some nice amber walls with black or grey tread
Nice steel frame around the 19 inch mark

I'm open to other suggestions to save people having to part with money.

Little bump. After doing the London to Brighton off road yesterday I'm feeling the need for some plusher forks than the judy fsx I used on the day.

In fact I'd consider swaps on the fsx forks (Englund air upgrade and carbon brace) if anyone is interested? Fox forks are preferred, with v mounts please, but open to other suggestions. It's for my ti dbr so looking for rlc or terralogic.

Hi there,

Do the Fox forks have V brake mounts? If so I could offer a '97 Kona Cinder Cone frame as a swap. Its a 20" so possibly too big for your needs, but its currently built up and I'm in London so you could try it out and decide for yourself if you're interested?

Cheers,

Matthew

Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm good for frames now, though neve had a kona so could have been tempted.

Oh and yes, they have v mounts.

Sounds interesting, what model are they? Tend to have stuck with candy pedals but open to options.
