They are a decent crank and better than the same sort of age lx/xt as you can change the top ring without having to use the shimano ones. Apparently you can remove the spiders off these to use on lx/xt's.

frame is spesh hard rock 03 ... and im thinking about swopping for the 170 but i just dont want it to rub. the bb im using isnt very good its a un25 68 110

Where are they rubbing? on the arm's or at the bb? Im using one of those £4 crc specials with no rub at all.
