I need to buy some nice retro 8 speed compatible light wheels for my current build but sadly with the expense of the festive season having ravaged my monetary situation I thought I might see if anyone would like to do swappsies for this old Heckler frame.
Its a 16" so small, has had a long life and so last years got a new coat of paint (with laquer that was less than perfect) and decals. The bearings seem to be fine which is nice although there is one bolt sheared off from the stiffening plate that might require someone more skilled with a drill than I am to replace. Also the shock compresses and rebounds but I can't really tell you any more than that, it has a TFT sticker on it but that is well before my or the previous owners tenure.
Frame is sold with a nice new seatpost (with some gold writing on it) in the correct size and matching colour, seatclamp in a non matching colour and sadly not the headset cups which I will at some point get round to removing. I'd rather swap with someone in Manchester for ease but an exciting offer (and I'll be shocked if I get any offer at all) might persuade me to post.
