Swap - 3x7 Shifters/Brake Levers for 2 Finger Brake Levers

My Saracen is going singlespeed for commuting so I'd like to swap the MT-050 shifter/brake levers for a pair of 2 finger cantilever brake levers.

I'm not looking for anything special just in good condition.

The MT-050s are in very good condition and I can email pictures.
