SW ride for April - 7/4/13 - The Quantocks

Its no worse than usual, I ride rigid always.

I might be on a non-retro rigid bike for this.
I'm going to justify it because I view the Krampus as a logical progression of a balloon tyre cruiser, so it's basically a modern version of the original Marin County bikes

I'm up for this, Although I may be joining the slow crowd (never been on a retrobike ride so who knows).

Having been up this morning (although not Holford itself) I can confirm it was very wet, and rocky. But the rigid coped ok.... Just the rider struggled

At times I was pretty much riding along stream beds rather than tracks, Great fun though.

I'm guessing conditions should be pretty good up there after the recent dry weather.
I did 45 miles offroad across Dartmoor today, and it was dry as a bone!

Hehehe, I won't be ready for another one of those again for a while. My legs are still feeling it!
Was a good ride though, started at Yeoford did 14 miles on the road to Belstone and then rode across Dartmoor offroad to Ivybridge
